Steve Lowery finally has a victory

Most of you will agree with the fact that Golf is a game that can be won only with undivided concentration and perseverance. But Steve Lowery has proved it by winning a title after playing I99 tournaments. He played this tournament with minor Medical Exemption. He was suffering from a wrist injury and was away from action for three months last year. On the third day of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Lowery was able to have two double bogeys in three holes and he says this performance boosted his confidence and helped in winning.

Steve Lowery has beaten one of the major players called Vijay Singh. In the final round he was initially three shots behind the opponent and ended up in a tie and birdied the first extra hole to bag his victory. Lowery is not very enthusiastic about his victory and do not want to expect too much from the coming events. He is a great example to those aspiring for sports as their career. Steve Lowery’s patience and perseverance has finally earned him the victory that he was longing all these years. The success came to him at the age of 47 and it takes great courage to fight for an elusive victory.
