Panthers Jarrett pleads guilty before his DWI trial

The Carolina Panthers wide receiver Dwayne Jarrett who was arrested on March 21^st and charged for driving while impaired has pleaded guilty to the offense just minutes before his trial was to start. Jarrett said that he had realized the seriousness of the offense and admitted to making a mistake. Jarrett has been ordered by the courthouse to surrender his driving license and pay about $420 towards court fees. Jarrett was also asked to carry out 24 hours of community service. Jarrett will have to put this behind his mind and concentrate on the upcoming sports biggest spectacle, the NFL season. The tickets to the Carolina Panthers home games will go on sale shortly.
