Giants made to feel small

Last Sunday, the Giants lost a big game to the Dallas Cowboys.  It wasn’t such a big game for New York, actually, because they have already got their division well in hand and probably will get the home field advantage. But when you get to that point, you have to pay attention to the inertia your team is building for the postseason. I mean, think about the New England Patriots last season, who were undefeated, had a week off at the beginning of the playoffs, and started to really struggle. Well the Giants are slightly worried they had that kind of moment last Sunday, because they lost so badly. But perhaps it will all just go away, like morning fog. But remember, the Giants aren’t all that far back, so there’s no need to worry quite yet.
