Bud Selig, the head of MLB baseball, gained $3 million during 2007. He had previously received 14 million dollars and then his salary went up to $17 million. This means that he made more than almost all players, except for three or four other ones. How many people can say that they got a raise that big recently. Our guess is that he hasn’t made quite that much in 2008, probably stayed at 17 mill or got a little bit more. But he’s been a steady hand at the game and seems to know what he’s doing at the moment. So perhaps he deserves it.
