The Rick Pitino saga continues. He came out this week as a very angry man. Turns out, this week the media aired some of the police questioning tapes of his accuser making her accusations. But he thinks that he was on the bad side of it all. The lady apparently was going to extort a lot of money from him. As in, she was going to release the details of their short affair several years ago unless he gave her money. He was upset and had a big press conference that people are talking about as a kind of weird Q&A session with him being so angry. He says that it will all be taken care of in court, and we couldn’t agree more. It’s going to take awhile, but watching the accusations and his responses tends to make a person prejudge the whole thing. You have to feel bad for his family, because these kinds of things are never easy on public figures or the other people involved.
